As long as you do not exercise your medical profession as a member of the Ärztekammer Sachsen-Anhalt, you are excluded from membership in the Ärzteversorgung Sachsen-Anhalt.

If you have already been entitled to an occupational invalidity pension from the Ärzteversorgung Sachsen-Anhalt from previous periods, you become a compulsory member.
